Getting Motivated with Vincent Adeoba:, The Price For Success!

The price of success is hard work, dedication to your dream and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to our dreams.

Success will never be handed over to you on a platter of gold. It does not have price tag, but you have to pay for it. You have to make the necessary sacrifice for you to achieve it.

If you ever think success will be something someone will place freely in your hand, you are either not ready to succeed or disillusioned. You have to make up your mind to go after it.

It is a new month, filled with new dreams, goals and possibilities. There is nothing  you can't achieve this month if you will be determined and be passionate about it. I Wish you a successful July. Remember, there is no prize without price.  I Want To Be Part Of Your Success Story.

Getting Motivated with Damilola Adeoba, a young talented and gifted Motivational Speaker

Start like Coca-Cola! Coca Cola is one the largest companies in the world today and among the three most recognised brand names in the history of the world.

Coca Cola is so popular that it is the  among the first names children learn to pronounce in many part of the world. But Coca Cola didn't start big. They started very small with little hope of surviving.

When Dr. John Pemberton started Coca- Cola in 1886, he was only selling nine cups per day for just 5cent.  They sold 35 bottles that year. But Dr. John had a great dream, his dream was to build world #1 selling spark beverage.

The idea of bottling Coke came up in 1894 six years after Dr. John demise, 12 years of Coke existence. As at today, Coca-Cola sells an average of 1.9 billion bottles per year. An average of 44, 000 people drink Coke every minute.  Coca-Cola started small, dream wide and grow fast.

When will you start? If Coca-Cola can start small what is stopping you? You are actually stopping yourself  because you are waiting for a time everything you need will be available and the condition will be perfect.

Well if you are waiting, keep waiting, Jesus is coming soon. Even Jesus started small. He started only with Peter before He later got 120 disciples and later selected the12. The Bible also encourage us not to despise the days of little beginning.

I have shared the story of how I started my first business with#200 several times and today I am the CEO of my company Seravision Brooks.

Don't despise the little you have in your hands. If I can start with #200, you can do the same. You have all you need. I beg you to start small, dream wide and grow fast. You can be the next CEO, I believe so much in you.  I Want To Be Part Of Your Success Story.

I co-founded corperdiary.com recently and it is making waves already. Check out the site and get inspired.

How to Pitch Your Idea to Investors in Nigeria

How to Pitch Your Idea to Investors in Nigeria

First publication: Okon Joseph:

Are you an entrepreneur in Nigeria with a business idea that you want to pitch to investors? But you don’t have the finance to invest in the business and the only option left is to look for investors in Nigeria who would love to invest?

Nigeria is a country where you have people with money that don’t know what to do with it but will be very happy to invest the money in places that will profit them especially this era of information technology has changed the way business is done. Having the opportunity to meet these class of people to share your business idea with, is one problem. One thing is to have a business idea, another thing is to know how to pitch it to potential investors, How to convince them in some minutes to invest in you, because if you don’t know how, investors won’t be able to understand what you’re trying to relate with them.

The importance of rehearsing your pitch is one thing I can’t stress enough in pitching potential investors in Nigeria. Entrepreneurs think they know too much of their business in and out, and when it comes to pitching it to investors, it will be easy just like singing the National anthem (is that even easy?). I have seen entrepreneurs freeze in front of investors while pitching, and ramble on and on. Many entrepreneurs don’t put the same effort they used in preparing their business plan to pitching their plan to investors.

5 Mistake Entrepreneurs Make When Pitching Their Idea to Investors
1. Having no data for backup
Entrepreneurs make the mistake of not having market data to backup their assumptions. What most investors are looking for is a business that can scale up and become profitable with time. As a Nigerian entrepreneur, you should know your data so as to avoid this mistake. Make sure you relate with your investors on why you think the business will be successful in the long run.

If I am an investor, I would want to know the actual percentage of the market you plan to win with time.

2. Not knowing your investors
Entrepreneurs most times are too excited pitching their idea to investors and not doing some research on the investors first. They don’t do their home work to check how these investors will be a good fit for their business startup.

Entrepreneurs needs to ask themselves questions such as;

What sector of business does these investors primarily invest in?
What is their background?
Have they made an investment in your sector before?
How much money do they usually invest?
Knowing your investors before hand, can relief you some sort of unnecessary stress and time in trying to pitch and convince them.

3. Not preparing a detailed executive summary
Investors in Nigeria don’t have time to start going through some 50-100 pages of your business plan just to learn about your business. 2-3 page summary and maybe a PowerPoint presentation will serve. Try as much as possible to summarize your business plan for easy read for investors.

4. Not having an exit strategy
You don’t just pitch your business idea to investors expecting them to just pull out large sum of money for the business. It doesn’t work that way. Investors want to know how much they will be investing, how long it will take to start getting back their invested money.

5. Not doing a demo
A prototype or a working demo of your product or service will give the investor a better sense of what you’re trying to pass across plainly.

How to Pitch your Idea to Investors in Nigeria.
1. Start with a story
If you can relate your story to the problem you’re solving in the market place, then do it. Nothing engages people better than a good captivating story. Start your pitch with a story that will catch your audience attention, the complaint and address it to how your business idea will be the solution to the problem in your story.

2. Prepare yourself thoroughly
The first thing investors see is the
entrepreneurship spirit in you.
3. Pitch your solution
Don’t just pitch your idea, show potential investors how your product or service will solve a hungry market problem. Make it easy for the investor to understand.

4. Show your target market
Every product, service or business idea has a specific market it is made for. Don’t lie to investors saying that your product or services is for everybody on earth. It is too broad. Everybody is no market. Tell your investors the market needs your idea is meeting.

5. Analyze competitors
A quick analyses of your potential competitors as every business has a competitor even if the competitor is located far away in another continent. Tell the investors how different your business model is or approach from your competitors  and how much market share you are likely to take.

6. Spell out your fund needs
Don’t beat around the bush about the exact amount of money you need to fund this idea. Tell investors the exact amount of money that will be required, how much have been invested (if any). Also, spell out why you need the exact amount, and the intended outcome of the money too.

These are few tips to know on how one can pitch a business idea to investors in Nigeria. I hope with this little information, you have been informed and now have clarity on how you can pitch your idea to investors in Nigeria.

I wish you good luck on your business pitch!

BREAKING: Former Nigeria Minister, Ojo Maduekwe, is dead
June 29, 2016Sani Tukur

A former Minister of Foreign Affairs and a stalwart of the opposition Peoples Democratic Patty, PDP, Ojo Maduekwe, is dead.
Mr. Maduekwe died at about 7pm on Wednesday at a hospital in Abuja.
A close associate of the former minister told PREMIUM TIMES that Mr. Maduekwe was returning to Nigeria from the U.S. via Dubai when he fell ill.
“He fell ill while on air from Dubai and he was rushed to the hospital as soon as the plane landed in Abuja, but he died before doctors could do much,” he said.
The associate could not provide further details as he broke down while speaking on the phone.
Mr. Maduekwe was recently appointed the secretary of the PDP Board of Trustees.
Speaking to journalists from Saudi Arabia, the chairman of the BoT, Walid Jibrin, said Mr. Maduekwe died at a time his services were most needed.
“He passed on at a critical time when we needed him most. I was waiting for him to come back from U.S. where he travelled to so that we can find a way of addressing the problems in the party,” he said.
“He was a good man and an intelligent person, who can always find a way out of situations. The party will mourn him. We have lost a great man. I would have loved to come back immediately, but we have started the process already, but I will devote my time here in Saudi Arabia to pray for his family,” he said.

Presidential body guard with link to Boko Haram arrested

There are reports that Aminu had been taken into custody by security operatives for interrogation.

Several calls and SMS sent to the presidential media Aide, Mr. Femi Adesina and Mallam Garba Shehu were not answered or replied even as at 8:35 pm.
NIGERIA’S SOVEREIGNTY IS NEGOTIABLE, ALLOW PEOPLE WHO DONT WANT TO STAY TO GO – SAYS SOYINKA

Nobel laureate, Prof. Wole Soyinka, has lent his voice to the growing calls for the restructuring of the Nigerian federation, saying the sovereignty of the nation is negotiable.

Speaking during a visit to PUNCH Place, the corporate headquarters of PUNCH Nigeria Limited, Kilometre 14, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State, on Tuesday, Soyinka said decentralisation of the nation would ensure healthy rivalry among the component units.
The laureate said it was wrong for previous administrations in the country to say that Nigeria’s sovereignty was non-negotiable, submitting that the position was antithetical to development.

Soyinka added, “I am on the side of those who say we must do everything to avoid disintegration. That language I understand. I don’t understand (ex-President Olusegun) Obasanjo’s language. I don’t understand (President Muhammadu) Buhari’s language and all their predecessors, saying the sovereignty of this nation is non-negotiable. It’s bloody well negotiable and we had better negotiate it. We better negotiate it, not even at meetings, not at conferences, but everyday in our conduct towards one another.

“We had better understand it too that when people are saying ‘let’s restructure’, they have better things to do. It’s not an idle cry; it is a perennial demand. The Pro-National Conference Organisation was about restructuring when this same Obasanjo said it was an act of treason for people to come together to fashion a new constitution. Those were fighting words; that you’re saying, ‘I commit treason because I want to sit with my fellow citizens and negotiate the structures of staying together’ and ask the police to go and break it up and arrest us.

“I remember that policeman, who said if we met, that would be treason. I wasn’t a member of PRONACO at the time. That’s when I joined PRONACO. If you’re saying to me, ‘I am a second-class citizen; I cannot sit down and discuss the articles, the protocols of staying together’ and you’re trying to bully me, I won’t accept.”

He said Nigeria could not continue with a centralisation policy, which encouraged what he described as “monkey dey work, baboon dey chop” mentality.

Soyinka said the over centralisation of government had resulted in resentment among constituent states, adding that the phenomenon was insulting and promoted anti-healthy rivalry among states.

He stated, “We cannot continue to allow a centralisation policy which makes the constituent units of this nation resentful; they say monkey dey work, baboon dey chop. And the idea of centralising revenues, allocation system, whereby you dole out; the thing is insulting and it is what I call anti-healthy rivalry. It is against the incentives to make states viable.”

He said the centralisation of government led to the proliferation of states during the military era when, according to him, a state was created because the girlfriend of a certain military leader hailed from the state.

How To Find Your Ideal Career In Nigeria

How to Find Your Ideal Career in Nigeria

Posted by Olawoyin Mustapha
Finding your ideal career in Nigeria is a tough game because most people are confused on which carer path to follow. Discovering what your career path is will go a long way in shaping future and your life in general. Some people are although employed but they have no real interest in the job except probably for the salary.

Before choosing which job to apply for or which career to take, you have to know actually what is your career path, so that you won’t just do the job for the money alone but also for the interest you have in it, the passion which will definitely increase productivity and happiness.

Choosing which career to venture in for the rest of your life especially in Nigeria is a more difficult task to do, considering the ‘state of the nation

I will advise you start with reflecting on your career goals. Maybe you don’t want to be as rich as Dangote or Otedola but want to become a humanitarian who renders service to humanity and save the world. Maybe you want to get out of the status quo of 9 to 5 and go into your own business. Whatever your passion is, it will take time to sort it out. Do not allow yourself to be influenced by what your friends are doing or what people wants you to do. Not everyone has to go into the banking and oil sector. There are plenty of undiscovered sectors in Nigeria waiting for people to lead the wave of change. What is your passion? Is it that you just love talking naturally or is it that you love helping others! Find your passion within you and go for it. Finding your ideal career in Nigeria will make enhance a happy life and progressive future.

Also you must not overlook your interests and things you

Love generally. What do you love passionately and would be fulfilled doing? Then key into it fully it will help you set out for the right career. So if you love working to make people feel better, feel loved and literally have fun, then consider the hospitality industry and search for jobs in Hotels, Restaurants, or in airports . If your own is that you love to act and interpret roles, look for jobs in media industry, be it Radio, Television or Theatre Art.
So many a times, we go to school and find out that we are naturally inclined to certain subjects. Paying attention to those subject areas after school can help you decide a good career path in Nigeria. Myself as an example. My childhood career path was medicine and surgery but I discovered during my Junior high school that I was good in Social studies, Literature in English, and English, in addition to the fact that I talked a lot  loved to read Novels and other literature. This made me applied for Law instead of my Medical ambition.

In conclusion, you don’t have to go miles in finding your ideal career in Nigeria because it’s next to you. It has been living with you since, but you paid no attention. Check your PASSION and your INTERESTS, you shall thank me soon.

Getting Motivated with Vincent Adeoba: Develop the Courage to Invent!

My message, especially to young people like me is to have courage to think differently, courage to invent, to travel the unexplored path, courage to discover the impossible and to conquer problems and succeed.

These are great qualities that we must work towards. Without courage our dream will be short lived. Many of the great men and women our world ever know were called mad by people when they started to do something different. One was even rushed to a psychiatric home by his friends.

People will tell you to be the same is the safest. What if you do it differently and fail? The old way of doing it is still the best so go for it. But have you ever thought on why the word "DIFFERENT", "CHANGE" and "UNIQUE" exist.

I will tell you to break laws, go against rules, disobey tradition, dismantle beliefs, scattered norms. *If you will lose everything in life, never lose the courage to do it differently, the courage to do it in your way. You are unique and special*. This is the powerful message that woke me up this morning. I Want To Be Part Of Your Success Story.

Man of the people: Femi Fani Kayode Speaks from Prison

FEMI FANI-KAYODE SENDS MESSAGE TO ALL CHRISTIANS AND APOSTLE SULEIMAN FROM DETENTION!

"God willing am in custody of EFCC. But to me is a great time to commune with God just the way Paul and other brethren  did in their days.

I am here not only because my party gave me money to campaign for them like every other politician even  in APC. But if it might interest you to know, what is going on is the persecution of Christians. Before i forget, this message should be taken to apostle Johnson Suleman the founder of OMEGA fire ministry. I had a revelation that they are planing to attack him. Because he is one of the major voice crying out for justice in the body of Christ.
The Muslims are out to persecute the Christians.

I am here under custody because the likes of Kabiru are not comfortable with my position as a Christian.

God willing, the dark age will soon be over.

They refused taking me to court to defend my civic right.

They want to keep me for the next 4years. But they don't know it is dangerous. I now have time to pray more, study more, and even meditate.

Before my arrest,Lai Mohammed offered me an amnesty if only i decamp to their anti-Christ party.
I refused because i know who i am.
No man can cover your sin for you. If am guilty,i will surly come out strong.

This is not just anti-corruption fight. Where are the PDP governors and leaders from the North? They are walking freely today.

This is a fight to pocket the voices of Christians.

A situation where an office picked offence on me for relating with my God through the name Jesus. He threw my bible to the floor today.
If it where to be the Quran, will he do that?

The head of who did that would've been at the gate of Aso rock by now.

So many secret plots to eliminate top politicians and pastors who are Christians is on going.

Tukur was right when he raised alarm that,a meeting was held in Dubai to overthrow Jonathan by all means. Part of what they discussed at the meeting,is what Aregbeshola and El-Rufai are displaying in their various states.
I am not an infidel and i will never be one. I am a man of dignity. I will not stop fighting even here in prison.

I am the John the Baptist of my  generation.

I will not keep mute and watch anti-Christ imposing policies that are not religious friendly.

What has bible got to do with my case with the EFCC?

Why are they keeping me here when we have a  competent court to prove if am guilty or not?
I am blowing the whistle now for Christians to go on their knees. This was how i warned my brothers against Sheriff whose mission is to destroy the PDP and give room for Buhari to install one party system.
We gave them opportunity to  be opposition.

Why are they depriving us such right if they don't have interior motive.

A democratic system without vibrant opposition is said to be dictatorship government.
God willing,i will be alive to witness Nigerians glamouring for referendum like what took place in great Britain.

And such referendum will tell if we truly saw the future under president Buhari's government.
Arresting Kayode is the greatest achievement they've achieved. But for me,God used them to keep me here,in order to prepare for the challenges ahead.

Today is pregnant. Let's see what tomorrow will deliver.

They were not elected to be permanent. They have maximum 8years to stay. And is already counting.

Thank you all for your prayers.

-Femi Fani-Kayode. (The Voice Crying From The Prison).

Meet the young man redefining auto-parts business in Nigeria

Meet the young man redefining auto-parts business in Nigeria
Entrepreneurship is a viable tool of self sustainabilty and self-employment in a growing economy. Most especially in a country with a huge rate of unemployment as Nigeria, the only light shining at the end of the tunnel for us is entrepreneurship.
23-yrs-old Dairo Damilola Opeyemi who hails from Ibadan, Oyo State is the young Chief Executive Officer of Autofactorng, redefining auto-parts business in Nigeria.
In a country where buyers culturally show an overwhelming distrust of salesmen in the automotive industry, Dairo's innovative platform sells genuine auto-parts at affordable prices and delivers it to client's doorsteps nationwide with warranties on every item sold is no doubt a breath of fresh air to car users.
The young CEO's rise to becoming a nationwide auto-parts supplier in less than a year of establishing his firm is based largely on his passionate ingenuity to provide car users in the country with genuine alternative to both sub-standard and fairly used auto-parts, 'Tokunbo' which overtime leaves buyers cheated and unsatisfied.

After graduating from Bowen University in 2012 where he studied Physics and Solar Energy , Dairo who said he has always had a flare for cars ventured into the automotive industry in Nigeria by providing solutions in the aspect of car body repairs and painting."Like every other graduate, the next point of call for me after leaving school is to get engaged in a job but I know there is actually none waiting out there for me. So I went for a three months training session in a work shop on car painting and body repair after which I proceeded to doing the business itself and this noble step is what eventually led to the idea of 'Autofactorng'.
Reminiscing on the challenges encountered starting the business, he said, "One of the predominant challenges we faced was designing the exact website that best answer our audience needs as well as offer them more services than what is obtainable in the market we find ourselves.
Also, getting suppliers who stocks genuine car parts was equally tasking because hardly can you find a one-stop-shop for all car parts, especially when an average car uses over 30,000 parts. Creating awareness about the website and building trust was also an issue, despite the fact that most car users don't trust their mechanics, they still believes it is better to stay with them than patronize a totally new approach to solving car related problems. But we have been able to win clients overtime by rendering quality services."
Asked if he has a special business philosophy or formula? "I believe strongly in the acronym, P.O.P, which stands for Perseverance, Optimism and Positivism, this 3 keys will see a start-up through difficult stages which of course are inevitable in starting up any kind of business in Nigeria

SOURCES ARE NOW CLAIMING TIWA SAVAGE ALLEGEDLY SLEPT WITH DON JAZZY, 2FACE AND A BILLIONAIRE BUT… --- BY-SOMTO MONANU

Sources have revealed to RadarNigeria that Tiwa’s relationship with Don Jazzy ended before her marriage to Teebillz and her affair with 2face was a one-time thing which also happened a long time ago so Tunji bringing it up was a desperate need for points.
About the alleged affair with Dr Sid, the source said “Dr Sid ba wo? Maybe he was the one buying the condoms for Don Jazzy.”
The source also brought in physical abuse to the list of accusations against TeeBillz …
“Fact is, they both knew what they were getting into. He beat her up many times and she took it because they both had dirt on each other. I particularly was mad at Tiwa way before she even agreed to marry him. Heck, he was fraudulent way before his coming back to Nigeria. What ruined his relationship with Sauce Kid and co? His other baby mama nko? Go and ask. Ask the big boys in LA about Tee Billions and you will hear his gist. Bi-polar oshi wo? He is toxic, leave his mental issues out of it. Bringing a baby into the toxic relationship pissed off most of us.”
Tiwa Savage who is the face of forte oil owned by Billionaire Femi Otedola was blackmailed by her husband about her alleged extra marital affairs.
“He accused her of sleeping with Otedola in the early months of her pregnancy. He slapped and locked her out when she was pregnant due to stories of the affair. She never told us if she indeed slept with the man but her husband kept hammering on it. Even if she did, why didn’t he just walk? Let me answer that, he’s broke and in debt and needs that Otedola money.”
The source also claimed that the ex couple both abused illegal substances
The source said:
“While Teebillz was blowing money on women, booze and coke, Tiwa was smoking fish. Abeg make she no lie. Yes, the guy get craze for head, but Tiwa sef mental.”

The Power of Motivation- meet Vincent Adeoba, a distinguished Motivational Speaker!

Success means going to sleep at night knowing that our talents and abilities were used in a way that served others and add value to their lives.

Life is  not measure by duration but by donation, you will not be remembered for all your wealth when you die but by the impacts you make while alive.

Many people give lack of money as reason why they are not adding values to others. Mother Theresa was never rich but her impacts are outliving her. It is not money you need but the passion to make a difference.

If you can dedicate two hour in a week to teach little kids in your neighbourhood mathematics,  if you can encourage others to go after success, if you can donate a textbook for a school library, if you can help the handicaps you meet on the road to cross, if you can share your food with someone who has nothing to eat, you are making impact already. The noblest of all professions is adding value to people.  I Want To Be Part Of Your Success Story.

Antonio Conte's Italy booked their place in the quarter-finals of Euro 2016 after eliminating holders Spain this evening

Internationals: Italy too strong for Spain
NEWS MON 27 JUN 2016

Antonio Conte's Italy booked their place in the quarter-finals of Euro 2016 after eliminating holders Spain this evening.

It was a dominant display by the Italians, who were the better side throughout and progressed courtesy of a 2-0 win, Giorgio Chiellini and Graziano Pelle scoring in each half.

Conte made a number of changes to the Italy side which lost 1-0 to Republic of Ireland in their final group game last Wednesday and they started the game on the front foot, with Spain goalkeeper David de Gea making two brilliant saves inside the opening 10 minutes, first getting down brilliantly to tip a Pelle header away and then moments later pushing a Emanuele Giaccherini volley against the post.

Spain were unchanged from the team which started all three group matches, meaning Cesc Fabregas continued in midfield alongside Andres Iniesta and Sergio Busquets.

The Chelsea midfielder had their first sight of goal after 19 minutes but saw his strike from the edge of the box charged down following good work by Nolito, while at the other end Sergio Ramos was relieved to see his miscued clearance fly over the bar from right in front of goal.

Italy’s organisation and willingness to fight for each other was extremely impressive and having been the better team during the opening half-hour, they took a deserved lead after 33 minutes.

Eder’s powerful free-kick, awarded for a needless foul by Ramos, was only parried by De Gea and Juventus defender Chiellini reacted quickest to stab the loose ball home from close range.

Spain offered very little as an attacking threat in the first half, with their creative players such as Fabregas, Iniesta and David Silva not seeing enough of the ball to have a positive impact on proceedings and trouble a well-drilled Italian defence.

As the first half drew to a close it was Italy looking the more threatening of the sides once again and De Gea, who had kept Spain in the game during the opening 45 minutes, produced another stunning save to deny Giaccherini who had cut inside and curled his effort towards the far corner.

Aritz Aduriz replaced Nolito at half-time for Spain, with the substitute taking up a central striker’s position and Morata shifting out to the left-hand side. Morata then sprung into life, going close with a header and then having a penalty appeal waved away after going down in the box.

Italy, however, remained a threat and should have gone 2-0 up nine minutes after the restart when Eder, who was clean through on goal after latching on to a clever Pelle flick, saw his strike brilliantly saved by De Gea.

With 21 minutes left on the clock Aduritz passed up a decent opportunity for Spain when he fired wide from a good position after Iniesta’s intelligent dummy had allowed the ball to run into his path.

Fabregas’s corner was then headed narrowly over the bar by Ramos as the holders attempted to find a way back into the game, while Gianluigi Buffon was called upon twice in quick succession, saving to deny both Iniesta and Gerard Pique.

Pedro replaced the injured Aduriz for the final 10 minutes, playing straight through the middle as a striker rather than in his customary wide role, and he was a fraction away from connecting with a teasing Silva delivery as the clock ticked down.

It looked as though Spain’s last chance had gone but in the 89th minute they were presented with a golden opportunity to equalise, only to see it go begging as Pique’s volley was expertly turned away by Buffon, and from their next attack Italy put the seal on the victory their display had merited when the impressive Pelle converted Matteo Darmian’s cross.

Cesar Azpilicueta was an unused substitute for Spain.

Italy will now play Germany on Saturday with a place in the semi-finals at stake.

Signs You’re Arguing With A Psychopath

Signs You’re Arguing With A Psychopath
Published by Jackson Mackenzie | Self Development

Psychopaths make up one percent of the general population and, contrary to popular belief, most of them aren’t serial killers.

They’re manipulative people who intentionally cause harm to others without any sense of remorse or responsibility.

Psychopaths are social chameleons who can fit perfectly into any situation. They are experts at morphing their identities to get what they want and mirroring others for money, sex, and — most commonly — attention. Because of their ability to idealize others, psychopaths are often perceived as charming, innocent, and fun to unsuspecting onlookers and casual acquaintances.

But there is another side to them.

When they’re feeling threatened or bored, a psychopath’s true colors start to come out. They draw you into arguments that are unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. The argument usually stems from something hurtful or inappropriate they’ve done, but you’ll quickly find that you’re the one defending yourself.

It’s sort of like good cop, bad cop, demented cop, stalker cop, scary cop, baby cop.
Here are 6 warning signs that the person you’re arguing with is a psychopath and it’s time to disengage.

1. They lie and make excuses.
Everyone messes up every now and then, but psychopaths recite excuses more often than they follow through with promises. Their actions never match up with their words and their lies disappoint you so frequently that you actually feel relieved when they do something halfway decent. They’ve conditioned you to become grateful for mediocre treatment.

2. Their tone is condescending and patronizing.
Psychopaths often try to make you unhinged in an attempt to gain the upper hand. Throughout the entire argument, you’ll notice that they keep a calm and cool demeanor. It’s almost as if they’re mocking you — gauging your reactions to see how much further they can push. When you finally react emotionally, that’s when they’ll raise their eyebrows, smirk, tell you to calm down, or feign disappointment.

3. They employ mind-blowing hypocrisy.
In heated arguments, psychopaths have no shame and will often begin labeling you with their own horrible qualities. It goes beyond projection, because most people project unknowingly. Psychopaths know they are smearing you with their own flaws, because they are seeking a reaction. The point is to lure you in so that you react and seem “crazy” to onlookers.

4. They seem to have multiple personalities.
When arguing with a psychopath, you’re likely to notice a variety of their personas. It’s sort of like good cop, bad cop, demented cop, stalker cop, scary cop, baby cop. Once you begin pulling away from their manipulation and lies, they’ll start apologizing and flatter you. If that doesn’t work, they’ll suddenly start insulting the qualities they just flattered two minutes ago. As they struggle to regain control, you’ll be left wondering who you’re even talking to.

5. They play the eternal victim.
Somehow, their bad behavior will always lead back to a conversation about their abusive past or a crazy ex or an evil boss. You’ll end up feeling bad for them, even when they’ve done something horribly wrong. And once they’ve successfully diverted your attention, everything will get messy again. Psychopaths cry “abuse,” but, in the end, you’re the only one being abused.

6. You feel the need to explain basic human emotions to them.
You’ll find yourself attempting to explain emotions like empathy and kindness, guided by the thought that if they understand why you’re hurt, they’ll stop hurting you. You are not the first person who has attempted to see the good in them, and you will not be the last. They behave this way because they know that it hurts you.

There’s only one way out of these arguments. You need to disengage!

Arguments with psychopaths leave you drained. You might spend hours, even days, obsessing over the argument. If you think you

SHOCKING! Bermuda Triangle: Ship Reappears 90 years After It Disappeared In The ‘Triangle’

A ship which disappeared 90 years ago in the notorious Bermuda Triangle has reappeared.
The Cuban Coast Guard announced, that they had intercepted an unmanned ship heading for the island, which is presumed to be the SS Cotopaxi, a tramp steamer which vanished in December 1925 and has since been connected to the legend of the Bermuda Triangle. The Cuban authorities spotted the ship for the first time on May 16, near a restricted military zone, west of Havana. They made many unsuccessful attempts to communicate with the crew, and finally mobilized three patrol boats to intercept it. When they reached it, they were surprised to find that the ship was actually a nearly 100-year old steamer identified as the Cotopaxi, a name famously associated with the legend of the Bermuda Triangle. There was no one on board and the ship seemed to have been abandoned for decades, suggesting that this could actually be the tramp freighter that disappeared in 1925.

How to Make Money and Become a Billionaire

How to Make Money and Become a Billionaire

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” - words of the mighty Aristotle. You make your habits in the beginning, then your habits make you.

Daniel Ally is a self-made millionaire & business expert. Ally became a millionaire at 24 years old. And recently he shared his list of habits that changed his life.

Simplify Your Words
Millionaires know how to share their message in simplest terms. They use their words with precision and possess deep meaning in what they say. By speaking pompously, many people exterminate their opportunities. In short, never drown people in the sea of verbosity.

To learn to speak with ease, join your local Toastmasters club to brush up on your communication skills. Unfortunately, too many people get lazy with their communication and subtly conform to the habits of others. However, millionaires diligently work on how to improve what they say and seamlessly find easier ways to say it, whether it's verbally or written.

Toby Alderweireld's early header - only his second international goal – got the ball rolling as Marc Wilmots' men booked a last-eight tie against Wales next Friday.

The Agony of Monogamy by Tola Adeniyi. MD, Daily Times.

The article is designed to expose the hypocrisy and
pain associated with embracing false notions
which are really not observed by any culture in the
world, and to advise those who erroneously
sentence themselves to a life of sadness and
emptiness because they were deceived to believe
that there is some utopia somewhere called
monogamy.

I am very much aware that this article will generate
a lot of controversy most especially from those
who live holier-than-thou life and have continued
to deceive the world that they are upholders of a
doctrine that is not supported by true and
enlightened interpretation of any religious doctrine.
The white men, I am yet to see any human being
whose skin colour is like that of chalk, came and
told the unfortunate lands they invaded that the
cherished cultures, traditions and religions of such
lands were rubbish, and instead indoctrinated them
with values which they themselves never believed
in or truly practiced. We know of King Henry Vlll,
and several major historical figures in ‘Christian’
Europe who had more than one wife in addition of
a string of wives who their ‘laws’ forbade them to
address as wives but who nonetheless perform all
the functions of wife minus name.
God bless President Mitterrand who openly
confessed to having two women in his life, with
the one in the other house with whom he fathered
an 18-year-old daughter at the time he passed on.
I have schooled, worked and lived virtually in all
the continents of the world and I make bold to say
with all emphasis at my disposal that no culture on
planet earth truly practices monogamy. My Greek,
Italian, Russian, British, American and other
Caucasians routinely visit their other wives [called
by other names] with whom they have children. But
back in the homes shared with the one carrying the
ring, they are monogamists!
If God had wanted humanity to be monogamous
He or She would not have made the pigeon the
only monogamous creature.
The cultures that practice polygamy had always
known that at any given time, the number of
available marriageable women far out number
available men plus the fact that an 80-year-old
man, if he has money, is still very much in the
market whereas a 60-year-old woman may not be
that lucky. The biological limitation to a woman’s
productive age is also a factor. Why should a
woman therefore remain on the shelf till age 45
when she could jolly well get married as second or
sixth wife to a man who can afford to share life’s
responsibilities with her? Why should a woman
leave a man with whom she is No 1, simply
because took a second wife and end up being
numberless in the hands of several men with
whom she naturally shares bed just because of
some doctrine she hardly understands?
All the women who should go and marry but are
saying they do not want to share their man with
another woman in a polygamous setting, are
sharing current boyfriends with several other
women. Where is the logic?
The argument that children in a polygamous house
are always at each other’s throat does not hold
water. Many siblings of monogamous families are
known to have had worse and irresolvable,
irreconcilable squabble, with dirty bitterness over
inheritance than children from different mothers.
The agony suffered by both men and women in the
hand of unnatural laws and doctrines is too stifling
for comfort. In 2002, five hundred and two
Reverend mothers were reported to have died
while procuring abortion in Rome. Nigerian Tribune
wrote an editorial on the unfortunate incident. And
stories of Reverend fathers having children and
sodomising young men in their care are legion!
Why the hypocrisy? Why should the world continue
to live the life of Ostrich?
A well known Nigerian journalist hid his other wives
from his wife because his religion would not permit
of it and his wife, living in monogamy should not
hear of it. At his funeral 9 Funeral Service
programmes by his 9 wives surfaced and the
woman parading the ring collapsed. It was the
grace of God that prevented double interment that
day!
The Western world which had not learnt the art of
living amicably with more than one partner under
the same roof has indulged in multiple serial
marriages, divorcing innocent wives under flimsy
excuses so that another woman can move in
should not be measure of standard for the world.
Thank God Mrs Hillary Clinton in the US and Mrs
Cook in England were very much wiser. They
refused to allow some indiscretion on the part of
their husbands to ruin their marriages.
There was a well known American actor who
passed on about a decade ago and all his 11 ex-
wives with their numerous children attended his
funeral. To ridicule the lie of their hypocritical
existence, all the women were recognised and
addressed as wives. As far as records show, the
man had 11 wives!
Society must rethink this issue of pretentious
monogamy vis-à-vis polygamy so that in the not-
too-distant future we do not end up with millions
of unmarried women whose life style would be
worse than prostitutes’ and millions of children
whose fathers would be nowhere to be found.

Beware: If You Find Rubber Band At Your Door, This Is What It Means!

Beware: If You Find Rubber Band At Your Door, This Is What It Means!

There was a hard knock at her front door, not a regular knock but almost barging but then she didn’t feel right and did not answer the door as she was all alone. After several such knocks, they finally left. She glanced through the glass of the door and there was a man.

After about half-an-hour, she walked outside to look for what it was and found something really strange at her door. There was a rubber band around the knob of the door to hold the door open.

One day when Kim Fleming was all alone at her home…

She heard something strange, someone was at her door knocking really loud. It wasn’t usual, so she decided not to open the door.

She tried making out as to who was it, then figured a man through the stained glass of her door.

After an hour when the man was gone she decided to open the door.

When she opened the door, she found an elastic band covering her door lock and handle.

via

Yup, a new burglary technique.

And all they need is an elastic rubber band!

This technique is used by many professional thieves to ensure they unhinge and get inside the moment you unlock the door. The moment that door is open, they can burst in and attack you!

via

So make sure, while you are alone. Do not open the door.

Share this story with your near ones to make them aware!

If Your Partner Does Any of These 5 Things, Never Let Them Go

If Your Partner Does Any of These 5 Things, Never Let Them Go

Building a lasting, healthy relationship is never easy, but it can be made easier.  And one of the best and easiest ways to do this is to be able to recognize all of the good that your partner brings to the table.

So often we get caught up in looking for the ‘ideal’ mate, which can damage our concept of love.  Most of us are simply looking for a person who we can talk to, who shares similar values in life; someone we can lean on during tough times and celebrate with during the good times.  Someone who we can lovingly build something with.

If your partner does any of these five things, they’re worth holding onto:

Knowing how to deal with your anger

Anger is a natural human emotion, one that we feel regularly.  Some of us feel it more often than others and we all express it in different ways.

Having a partner who knows your anger, and how to deal with it in a healthy way, can easily be a make-or-break quality, especially for those people who have short fuses.

Your partner trusts you entirely

Trust is at the core of every successful relationship, because without it, what do you really have?  A hollow relationship that focuses on the negative instead of the positive.

Trusting your partner means knowing that he or she always has your best interests in mind, and that they will never intentionally do something to hurt you.  This means no snooping through email accounts or trying to break into phones.

Your partner believes in you

The most natural part of life is growth.  When you’re in a healthy relationship, you’re focused on growing with your partner as a couple, while also continuing your individual path of growth.  And a large part of both of these is having the unwavering support of your partner in all matters of life.

A person who keeps morale high and the spirit strong is always worth holding onto.

Respecting your friends and family

While having the acceptance and approval of friends and family members should never be 100 percent required, it certainly says a lot about your partner when you do have it.  Invite your partner to family gatherings and see how he or she interacts with them.

If your family and friends are visibly happy about your relationship or partner, it can only mean good things.

Your partner makes your fears and worries disappear

A good partner is a safe haven for us during times of duress, turmoil or disappointment.

They’re there to tell us that everything will be okay and show us unconditional love.  They’re the ones who tell us to drive safe during trips, who get worried when we’re not at our best–they are the lighthouses that guide us to safety as we struggle through crashing waves and the darkest of storms.

If your partner is your pillar of strength, you can be sure that he or she is a keeper.

Black Man Found “Cures For All Diseases” HIV, AIDS, Diabetes, Cancer, Stroke, STDs, arthritis & More….. AND Has The Supreme Court Ruling To Prove It.

Black Man Found “Cures For All Diseases” HIV, AIDS, Diabetes, Cancer, Stroke, STDs, arthritis & More….. AND Has The Supreme Court Ruling To Prove It.

A true healthcare reformer, who stood up against the American Medical Association in court, the list of diseases he can cure stretches to some of the most unsettling conditions people face today including: bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, Mesothelioma, acid reflux and drug addiction.

Everyday it seems to become evermore clear that the human body has a powerful ability to heal itself naturally. One man in America took this notion all the way, changing history and widening the path towards the cure of all disease, his name is Dr. Sebi. A healer, pathologist, herbalist, biochemist and naturalist who immigrated from Honduras, he is a man dedicated to service as he shows people how to take care of themselves no matter the obstacles he faces.

In 1988, he took on the Attorney General of New York in a Supreme Court trial where he was being sued for false advertisement and practice without a license after placing ads in a number of newspapers, including the New York Post where he had announced:

“AIDS HAS BEEN CURED BY THE USHA RESEARCH INSTITUTE, AND WE SPECIALIZE IN CURES FOR SICKLE CELL, LUPUS, BLINDNESS, HERPES, CANCER AND OTHERS.”
Pre-trial, the judge had asked Dr. Sebi provide one witness per disease he had claimed to cure however when 77 in person witnesses joined him in court, the judge had no choice but to proclaim the Doctor NOT GUILTY on all accounts, proving he did in fact have the cure to all the diseases mentioned in the newspapers.

Several celebrities have sought out healing through the Doctor including: Michael Jackson, Magic Johnson, Eddie Murphy, John Travolta and the more.

Stephen Hawking Has a Beautiful Message for Anyone Suffering From Depression

Stephen Hawking Has a Beautiful Message for Anyone Suffering From Depression

You might have heard about a man by the name of Stephen Hawking, whether it be in the media or in your social circles, because he is one of the greatest minds of our time.

At the age of 21, Hawking started developing symptoms of ALS, or amyotrphic lateral sclerosis, a disease that doctors claimed would take his life in about two and a half years.  Now 74, Hawking is a huge inspiration for those with disabilities, as he continues to teach, research, and provide profound wisdoms for the rest of us to ponder.

After his diagnosis, Hawking says that he had absolutely no expectations for life.  But he didn’t let it deter him from doing his best to live fully and passionately.  He has twelve honorary degrees and has built a life dedicated to the study of theoretical physics, including robust theories on creation, the Big Bang and the universe.

Depression is a subject that Hawking recently commented on at a lecture in London at the Royal Institute, likening the condition to a black hole:

“The message of this lecture is that black holes ain’t as black as they are painted. They are not the eternal prisons they were once thought. Things can get out of a black hole both on the outside and possibly to another universe. So if you feel you are in a black hole, don’t give up; there’s a way out”

Furthermore, when asked about his disabilities and the effect they have on his outlook on life, he responded beautifully:

“The victim should have the right to end his life, if he wants. But I think it would be a great mistake. However bad life may seem, there is always something you can do, and succeed at.While there’s life, there is hope.”

He would further this sentiment with a heartfelt message for those with disabilities like himself:

“If you are disabled, it is probably not your fault, but it is no good blaming the world or expecting it to take pity on you. One has to have a positive attitude and must make the best of the situation that one finds oneself in; if one is physically disabled, one cannot afford to be psychologically disabled as well. In my opinion, one should concentrate on activities in which one’s physical disability will not present a serious handicap. I am afraid that Olympic Games for the disabled do not appeal to me, but it is easy for me to say that because I never liked athletics anyway. On the other hand, science is a very good area for disabled people because it goes on mainly in the mind. Of course, most kinds of experimental work are probably ruled out for most such people, but theoretical work is almost ideal.

My disabilities have not been a significant handicap in my field, which is theoretical physics. Indeed, they have helped me in a way by shielding me from lecturing and administrative work that I would otherwise have been involved in. I have managed, however, only because of the large amount of help I have received from my wife, children, colleagues and students. I find that people in general are very ready to help, but you should encourage them to feel that their efforts to aid you are worthwhile by doing as well as you possibly can.”

Watch Stephen Hawking’s lecture on how to escape a black hole in the video above and remember, “while there’s life, there’s hope.”

Fathia Balogun Produces First English Movie Ft. Ini Edo & Desmond Elliott

Fathia Balogun Produces First English Movie Ft. Ini Edo & Desmond Elliott

Nollywood Yoruba star actress Fathia Balogun is set to surprise her fan in a big way.
The beautiful mother of two said she is working on a new English movie titled “Never Say Never”.
See excerpts of her recent chat with Encomium Weekly
Q: What are you currently working on?
A: I am working on my new movie. It would be my first English movie. And hopefully, we would start shooting in June.
Q: Can you tell us about the movie?

A: The title is “Never Say Never”. The story is themed around encouragement. It is about eventually doing something you never thought you were going to do. It is like a common story but in a dynamic way.

Q: Won’t it be challenging switching from one genre to another?
A: I don’t think so. An artiste is an artiste, Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, we are all the same. So, switching should never be a problem.
Q: What should we expect from your movie, “Never Say Never”?
A: Expect something very great because I won’t cross from the Yoruba genre to English genre to do a shabby work, and that is why I have been writing my script almost to perfection.
Q: Who and who should we expect as members of the cast?
A: Myself, Desmond Elliot, Dayo Amusa, Ini Edo and many more.
Q: What stands you out as an actress?
A: My script and my acting because I don’t take anything as a common script. I always dedicate myself into any script I take up.
Versatility is what makes an actor unique. Kudos to her.

Why Olamide's Musical Career Will Still Remain a Hit From Back to Back!

Why Olamide May Remain A Local Artiste For A Long Time.
Ybnl Boss and Versatile Music artiste, Olamide aka Badoo is one of the most respected and recognized artiste in the Country…

His versatility to rap and sing and also fit into different genres of music from trap to reggae to fuji and many more has distinguished from The crop of talented artistes in Nigeria today..

This brings one to the reason why the artiste has not been duly recognized internationally and outside Nigeria alongside his peers like Davido and Wizkid..

Why is Olamide name lacking in most international awards and the talented artiste not getting deserved attention from the outside World..

Note – Doing indigenous music is not an excuse for lack of intl recognition. 9ice was invited to nelson mandela and MOB0 and Yousuf won a grammy with his local songs.. So doing local or indigenous song is never an excuse..

1) Quantity Over Quality – Olamide has made quantity is main goal..Flood the scene with songs and songs till you reach a point of equilibrum and then start to decline.
Olamide has failed to allow the people thirst for his songs and his releases are not up to expectations too…

It gets to a point listeners are no longer gingered to listen to what the artist will say as artist becomes monotous and repititive.

The rapper is even gearing up to release a sixth studio album.

2) Branding – Branding is also very much …. The Kind of brand Olamide potrays is of the not too internationally minded artist. He hardly dresses corporate and potray his versatility in his brand..

He has even gone ahead to Brand himself a Local Rapper. This type of image projected is the way he is addressed..

He has even refused to meet up with more influential managers and more serious minded and music experts ….. The lack of Expertise on the side of the management and consisting of influential managers does bear its mark.

3) Appeal – While deviation from indigenous music is not the point. Appeal is very paramount….. Olamide style is not appealing to the outside world.. Sometimes balancing works.. I wonder if Hausas listen to olamide songs ? But i bet more listen to 9ice ? Why

A little of more mature songs and english lyrics might do the trick….Do something appealing to every one and yet dont forget the minority. You dont waste international features with Wale on songs like papilo you go make us proud….

Give them what they love.. Trap, pop. Feature more of their artistes and seek for international features….

Olamide is a Legend and will remain one… However , breaking into the international market Like Wizkid is not an easy job……

Olamide has too much talent than to be labelled a local rapper… We want to see him topping the billboard chart and copping his own BET award soon too… Enough of the Headies and NEA awards.

REVEALED!25 Things Women Wish Men Knew: The Secret Of What Women Want

25 Things Women Wish Men Knew:
The Secret Of What Women Want -
REVEALED!

Boyfriends make the best of friends and amazing
lovers, but it goes without saying that sometimes
(okay, a LOT of the time) we think men could do
more.
Familiar phrases
spring to mind;
'He never makes
enough effort',
'he's always with
his friends' and
'he never notices
me,' but as they
say, boys will be
boys. So we
decided to take a different approach in getting
him to understand by creating the ultimate
women's wish list (that we hope will make
things easier for man and womankind).
And while this is no lesson on how to treat a
lady it's a pretty accurate guide into what us
girls are really thinking. Boys, once you've read
this, you will have THE KNOWLEDGE. Use it
wisely.
1. Small things count.
Some guys think all they have to do is surprise
us once and they’re set for life, but trust us,
we're keeping note. Why not pick-up our favorite
feel-good treat while you’re on your way home
this evening (clue, it's either wine, chocolate or
cheese) or buy us that new book we've been
talking about non-stop. Trust us, our
appreciation will show.
2. The E-word.
Effort (a word no man is unfamiliar with) is
always the hitch. Take out the trash, call us to
see how our day was or do something really
special for our anniversary. We're worth your
time.
3. Confidence is hot, arrogance is NOT.
Every girl loves a man who’s comfortable in his
own skin. It makes us feel safe and protected and
nothing feels sexier than that. But arrogance?
We. Can’t. Stand. It.
4. Chivalry is not dead.
Be old fashioned from time to time - we freaking
love it. Pay on the first date, hold the door for us
and walk us to the front door. Promise, we won’t
call you stage-five clinger.
5. Don’t be a man-baby.
We’re nurturing, yes. Women love taking care of
their men and helping them out, but as soon as
we feel like we’re in mommy mode we want out.
Most guys are kids at heart, but if we’re doing
more than a bit of coddling (i.e. cutting your
food into little pieces) then there’s definitely a
BIG problem.
6. Listen and take interest.
After a hectic day all we want our man to do is
listen. Women like to talk and pour their feelings
out - it’s a well known fact. We confide in you,
because we trust you to make us feel better. So
please just mute the TV, put down your beer and
just listen dammit!
7. Be honest.
It’s true when they say honesty is the best
policy. Telling a fib might seem like a great idea
now, but women always find out and when we
do it ain't pretty. Most importantly, don’t cheat
and lie about it. That's just cowardly.
8. Make us a priority.
Women need to feel like they’re more important
than an Xbox. Of course men need to spend time
with their friends and have some down time, but
3rd place isn’t cool. If your girl doesn't feel like
she’s a priority then you're doing something very
wrong buddy.
9. Notice the small things.
Everyone wants to be noticed by their partner.
New hairstyle? New clothes? New dress size?
New bra? Say something to acknowledge our
effort, besides we (partially) did it for you!
10. Take it slow (in bed).
It can’t get any worse than a man finishing
before we've even started. Women take longer to
reach orgasm and foreplay is key - take your
time and don’t rush. Thank you.
11. Turning down sex is NOT a big deal.
More often than not, if we turn down sex, it
probably has nothing to do with you. We all
have our down days - exhaustion, stress, worry?
They’re all major mood killers. It happens - don't
take it personally.
12. Help us.
There’s nothing more irritating than a lazy man.
Try helping us out with household chores, the
school run and daily errands. It’s just as much
your responsibility as it is ours.
13. Sometimes we need 'me time'.
Most of the time you can’t get us to shut-up, but
sometimes we need a little ‘me time'. If your
woman seems relaxed and says nothing's wrong,
there probably isn’t. Chill out dude.
14. Learn to say sorry.
Stop being so stubborn! If it’s your fault and
you’re clearly in the wrong you owe it to us. Go
on, say the magic word. Sorry can go a long way
in relationships...
15. Sometimes we really do feel like sh*t.
Men think women are attention seekers most of
the time, but sometimes we actually do feel like
crap. Don’t forget those painful cramps,
headaches and PMS. Periods are hell to deal with
- give us a break.
16. Toilet humor.
While poo talk is comical at times sending us a
Snapchat of what you ate for dinner yesterday is
not our idea of a hot date. Enough said.
17. Take care of your hygiene.
Brushed your teeth? Showered? Deodorized?
You’re a grown ass man, just do it already.
18. Know yourself.
We need to be on the same page. If a man knows
what he wants and is self-assured they're a lot
less likely to seek fulfilment in pointless things
like getting wasted with mates and talking to 10
other chicks, (for which there's zero tolerance for
by the way).
19. Do not forget our anniversary or birthday.
There’s 365 days in a year and you only have to
remember 2 of them, that’s why we get pissed
off. Set a reminder on your phone, write it in
your planner or tell your mom if you have to
(just don't tell us you did), but whatever you do,
do NOT forget.
20. Respect us.
Some men don't value their partners as much as
they should. Love her like it's your last day,
appreciate her for all that she is and be grateful
for everything she does. Think about it.
21. Pinterest is your answer to everything.
Pinterest is your saving grace. It's a collage of all
the pretty things we wish we could have and it's
your job to make our dreams come true. Use it to
your advantage!
22. We're suckers for romance.
Never ask a girl if she wants flowers, or anything
in fact. The answer is simply YES. Of course we
do! Especially, if it's to do with rose petals,
candles, dinner and wine.
23. Cook us dinner.
There's nothing sexier than a man who knows
his way around the kitchen.
24. Things from the heart count.
If you've ever thought of making a super sweet
gift like a homemade card, scrapbook or a mixed
CD and thought, 'too cheesy', you're wrong! It's a
great way of speaking from the heart especially
since guys aren't always so good at it (verbally).
We're guaranteed to love it.
25. You can't live without us.
Men often take women for granted, but in reality
you're nothing without us! Who else would take
care of you? Play dress up? Make you a better
man? Just admit it.
